Can't collect your race pack?
Unable to collect your race pack? Do not worry, there is a way it can be collected for you
Individuals
The person collecting your race packs on your behalf should provide:

Your confirmation slip, photocopy of YOUR ID and driver’s license or passport

A Letter of Authorisation signed by you, authorising the collection and their ID

No Bulk collections allowed
Corporates/Clubs
The person collecting your race packs on your behalf should provide:

Proof Of Payment, photocopy of HIS/HER (collector’s) ID and driver’s license or passport

A stamped Letter of Authorisation from the company/club, authorising the collection and their ID
Indemnity Form (For Participants Under 18 years)
Participants under the age of 18 will be required to present a waiver /indemnity form signed by a guardian. The form must be submitted upon collection of race pack.
